Because we deal with specialized electrical components, the following rules apply:

  • Returns: Unopened and unused items (Hardware, Tools, Smart Devices) can be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Installed solar systems, activated batteries, or electrical components that show signs of installation/wiring cannot be returned.
  • Warranty: * Inverters & Batteries: Covered under the manufacturer’s specific warranty terms (e.g., 5 or 10 years depending on the brand).
    • Smart Devices: Typically carry a 6-month to 1-year limited warranty.
  • Technical Failure: If a device is found to be defective under normal use, we will facilitate the repair or replacement through the manufacturer’s authorized service center.
